We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Spare Parts Administrator to support our spare parts operations within our Badentoy office. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data within the Teamcenter system, updating records, linking parts to Bills of Materials (BOMs), and performing general administrative tasks related to spare parts management.
The ideal candidate will be organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and ERP/PLM systems, and able to collaborate effectively with engineering, supply chain, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Input and validate spare parts data from spreadsheets into the Teamcenter system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for parts, assemblies, and BOM structures.
Link new and existing spare parts to corresponding BOMs and product structures.
Support the creation, modification, and approval of part records.
Perform routine data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist with generating spare parts lists, reports, and documentation as required.
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to clarify part details and resolve discrepancies.
Provide general administrative support for the spare parts function, including file management, documentation control, and task tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or spare parts support role (manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environment preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working with structured datasets.
Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM/ERP systems (desired but not required; training can be provided).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
